Welcome to Tarpan Foundation - An honest, self-serving & social initiative.

Yuva Tarpan

YUVA TARPAN is the youth wing of the TARPAN FOUNDATION. In our Indian society, all youngsters want to contribute something towards the society but unfortunately everyone doesn’t get a chance. Considering this giving emotion we have established a platform called YUVA TARPAN. In this organisation, young minds come together to nurture other orphan young adults paving their way into society. YUVA TARPAN is a youth movement where the youth can come together and work selflessly towards providing these resources as well as building support groups for them. We have a plan to aid those forced to leave the orphanage at the age of 18. 18 is an age where people are assumed to be independent but are the most vulnerable. Who would be in a better place to understand young minds and their needs other than the youth themselves? We aim to provide these astray minds with the basic needs any 18-year-old deserves. YUVA TARPAN is to sensitise young minds of India as well as the society about the after 18-year-old reality and challenges faced by them.

TORDAC

The establishment of TORDAC, the Tarpan Orphan Research and Development Academy Centre, stemmed from a proactive initiative driven by the Tarpan Foundation's commitment to addressing the research gap on orphans above 18. While actively searching for existing research on this demographic, MD Shree Shrikant Bhartiya attended an international conference at SNDT College.

During the conference, Shree Shrikant Bhartiya, serving as a guest lecturer among esteemed deans of sociology departments globally, posed a critical question regarding research on orphans above 18. The unanimous response that no such research had been conducted highlighted the urgency of giving a voice to this unheard community.

In response to this critical need, Shree Shrikant Bhartiya passionately emphasized the importance of initiating research for the betterment of orphans above 18. He urged the academic community to take collective initiative, offering collaborative support. This pivotal moment led to the establishment of TORDAC, a dedicated research and development center aimed at addressing the unique challenges and needs of orphans above 18, and fostering a supportive environment for their growth and well-being.
