Tarpan Foundation insists you read and understand this Cancellation & Refund Policy before exploring or interacting with the Website and before you donate.
Definitions : The Cancellation & Refund Policy, will have following terms which shall have the following meanings :
Tarpan Foundation’ supports After 18 Orphans to provide education, food, shelter and an emotional support system with our best efforts, a company incorporated under the provisions of section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at Karve Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra.
‘Website’ refers to https://tarpanfoundation.org/
Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for Tarpan Foundation activities as under :
● There is no provision for refund of money received as donation. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate.
● No cash or refund of money will be allowed.
● Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made.
● The donation will be utilized for the development of Orphan Kids. YOUR HELPING HAND CAN CHANGE SOMEONE’S LIFE FOREVER.
