Mrunal Walke, a resilient 21-year-old orphan hailing from Akka Bai in Lanjha, Maharashtra, harbored a profound desire to pursue a career in nursing and contribute to healthcare. However, her aspirations faced a financial hurdle as her orphanage struggled to cover the expenses of nursing college. Fortunately, the orphanage introduced her to the Tarpan Foundation, where a comprehensive counseling session revealed her keen interest in nursing. With the Foundation's support, Ms. Walke successfully enrolled in BSc Nursing, achieving exemplary academic results and securing a position at Jupiter Hospital.

Yogesh Nagilwar, aged 22, demonstrated exceptional dedication and resilience when he joined Tarpan Foundation in 2022. While pursuing his ITI in the filter subject, Yogesh decided to enhance his skills further and opted for a specialization in the welder course. Alongside his academic pursuits, Yogesh harbored a passion for social work, prompting him to connect fellow orphans to Tarpan Foundation. Through his efforts, he successfully brought over 15 orphans into the foundation's fold, ensuring they could continue their education.

Pooja Nemande, an ambitious young woman residing in an orphanage in Akola, faced a critical juncture when she turned 18 and was transitioned out of the orphanage during her 12th standard. Confronted with the challenges of deciding her future and accommodation, Pooja received support from friends advising her to take up a job. However, driven by her passion for education, she chose to work simultaneously while pursuing her graduation. Despite her determination, health constraints compelled Pooja to discontinue both work and studies.

Narayan Ingle's journey from an orphanage in Parbhani to becoming a Reserve Forest Officer at Shahapur is a testament to resilience and determination. Despite facing adversity, he pursued education, completing his B.E. in Computer Engineering. However, his true passion lay in public service. In 2019, he cleared the Maharashtra Forest Officer Exam, realizing his dream. Inspired by his own struggles, Narayan also dedicated himself to helping others through the Tarpan Foundation.
